Second Course:


Caesar Salad, Parmesan cheese and Homemade Herbed Croutons

Spinach salad with goat cheese candied walnuts, tomato, and Balsamic Vinaigrette



Main Course:


Lasagna a la Chef Sandra: Fresh pasta sheets layered with Meat sauce, béchamel, mozzarella and Parmigianino cheeses.

Chicken Marsala with mixed seasonal mushrooms served with Herbed roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Filet of Sole Picatta: white wine lemon, butter and capers served with rice pilaf and mixed seasonal vegetables

Crab Raviolli Stuffed with Ricotta, Parmagiano Cheese and Basil in Tomato Cream Sauce.  

Parmesan crusted Chicken with marinera sauce. 

Filet of Sole Piccata in White Wine, Lemon Butter and Capers.  

Spaghetti in Seafood Sauce with Fresh Calamari, Mussles and Shrimp.

Linguine with Clams, sausage, White Wine, Garlic and Tomato . 

Fettuccine Cabonara, bacon, lemon, Parmigiano Cheese . 

Saffron Pappardelle with Shrimp Sundried tomatoes and white wine sauce . 

Tagliatelle with Prosciutto and Parmesan with fresh sage leaves in a butter herb sauce.  

Cannelloni al Forno with Chicken breast,Mushrooms fresh herbs and garlic topped with a marinara bechamel sauce. 

Spinach and Ricotta Conchiglie large pasta shells stuffed with Ricotta cheese,Spinach,Pine nuts and Fresh herbs topped with bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese and olive oil.
