Matambre: beef rolled and stuffed with roasted peppers, spinach, mushrooms and Oaxaca cheese and topped with Chimichurri sauce. Served with Chef Sandra’s famous Spanish rice, ranchero beans and corn tortillas

Snapper Veracruz: red snapper with tomatoes, onions, peppers garlic and lime. Served with Chef Sandra’s famous Spanish rice, ranchero beans and corn tortillas

Chicken Mole: Served with Chef Sandra’s famous Spanish rice, ranchero beans and corn tortillas
